Rusty’s Cool Guitar Return Policy
We want our customers to love the gear they find in our store. Most of the time this is a no-brainer, but we do understand that occasionally we buy gear that seems perfect in the store, then when we get home, it’s just not the same (or at least that’s what our significant others might say).
If this happens to you after a shopping experience at Rusty’s, please take a moment to read through the following.
All Returns
All returns Must be approved by management. Please call the store at (843) 352-2816 and let us know what is going on. If the item is eligible for return per the guidelines below, we’ll instruct you on what to do next.
New Guitars & Amplifiers
Customer may return for full credit any new guitar or amp within 48 hours of purchase date or received date (if shipped). If the item was shipped, the customer is responsible for all return freight. Once we receive the returned gear, we will fully inspect it to confirm the condition. If it checks out OK, we will issue a full refund at that time. Any item discounted more than 15% off MAP will not be eligible for a return.
Used Guitars & Amplifiers
Used gear is sold as-is where-is unless otherwise specified and is not eligible for return.
Accessories & Pedals
Customer may return any pedal or accessory to the store for store credit within 48 hours of purchase date or received date (if shipped). If the item was shipped, the customer is responsible for all return freight. Once we receive the returned pedal or accessory, we will fully inspect it to confirm the condition. If it checks out OK, we will issue a full refund at that time. Any item discounted more than 15% off MAP will not be eligible for a return.
