VOX AMP COLLECTION
We have a private collection of Vox amps available either as a whole collection or we can part it out.
Here are notes on the pieces from the owner:
This is the separate AC-30 head and cab, which is how The Beatles used their AC-30’s (look at some old videos, and the cabinets were on the super cool stands, and the heads were on the floor). This rig is available online from Guitar Center for $2,000. My rig consists of a new 2x12 cab (made in China, like all Vox stuff now, about $640 from GC) and a “vintage” ( perhaps 15 years old) AC-30 head, also even back then made in China, professionally serviced but occasionally persnickety. In the picture it is shown resting on an official branded Vox chrome stand which came with my AC-30 reissue 30+ years ago, and is now incredible rare … and the coolest accessory ever. For a Beatles nut and permanent teenager, this all-Vox back line represents a lifetime of scouting, and priceless memories
